Aims & Scope

European Management Studies is a scientific journal that publishes original research articles, presenting important, current and diverse issues in the field of management in a broader social and economic context with a particular focus on the European perspective and using different paradigms and cognitive perspectives. The quarterly pages are open to multidisciplinary scientific papers of conceptual, methodological and empirical nature, including those presenting the results of qualitative, quantitative or mixed research.

The purpose of the journal is to present and disseminate research results in the social sciences, with a particular focus on management and economics, and to create a platform for the exchange of scientific experience through the publishing of scientific contributions and the strengthening of cooperation and integration of the scientific community. As a scientific journal, European Management Studies targets the development of organization and management studies by enabling Readers and Authors to participate in the international scientific discussion; providing access to the latest research results within the disciplines.

The journal functions as a multidisciplinary and multithematical journal. Some of the issues are monothematic, publishing articles that focus on a strictly defined - in accordance with the current and dynamically developing trends of scientific interest - topics, reflecting the discussions taking place in the international scholarly community. The quarterly publishes Authors associated with many international scientific and research centers.
