Abstract

This article presents the amendments on facultative penal and administrative liability for the infringement of information and reporting obligations, and the failure to comply with obligations to obtain the consent of a subscriber or end user, introduced by the Telecommunication Act of 10 May 2018.

W artykule przedstawiono zmiany dotyczące fakultatywnej odpowiedzialności karnoadministracyjnej za naruszenie obowiązków informacyjno-sprawozdawczych oraz niewypełnianie obowiązków uzyskania zgody abonenta lub użytkownika końcowego, wprowadzone nowelizacją prawa telekomunikacyjnego z 10 maja 2018 r.
