Abstract
The bonds are securities qualified under financial regulations as financial instruments. The subject of the article is the issue of bond trading and changes that have occurred in connection with the implementation of MIFID II, the strengthening of supervision over non-public issues and those resulting from the entry into force of new EU legislation. The author tries to analyze the changes introduced in the context of the goal pursued by the legislator.
Abstrakt
Obligacje są papierami wartościowymi kwalifikowanymi na gruncie przepisów o obrocie jako instrumenty finansowe. Przedmiotem artykułu jest zagadnienie obrotu obligacjami i zmian, jakie zaszły w związku z implementacją MIFID II, zaostrzeniem nadzoru nad emisjami niepublicznymi oraz tych, które wynikają z wejścia w życie nowych przepisów unijnych. Autorka stara się dokonać analizy wprowadzonych zmian w kontekście celu, jaki przyświecał ustawodawcy.
