Abstract
This text aims to introduce the reader to the newly implemented legal solutions for the energy sector that have appeared in connection with the introduction of the so-called anti-crisis shields. The study is primarily descriptive due to the fact that these regulations are yet to have any relevant jurisprudence. Finally, general comments are included on the current EU legislation on programmes to help the energy sector recover from the crisis.
Abstrakt
Niniejszy tekst ma za zadanie przybliżyć czytelnikowi rozwiązania prawne dla energetyki, jakie pojawiały się w ostatnim czasie w związku z wprowadzaniem kolejnych pakietów tzw. tarcz antykryzysowych. Opracowanie ma charakter przede wszystkim opisowy z uwagi na fakt, że regulacje te dopiero doczekają się stosownego orzecznictwa. Na końcu znalazły się jeszcze generalne uwagi dotyczące bieżącej legislacji UE w zakresie programów, które mają pomóc energetyce podnieść się z kryzysu.
