Abstract
This article aims to analyze the legal and ownership status of the electricity transmission system operator in Poland, in the context of TSO independence, which is determined by ownership unbundling rules.

Celem artykułu jest analiza formy prawnej i własnościowej operatora systemu przesyłowego elektroenergetycznego (OSPe) w Polsce, m.in. w kontekście niezależności OSP, której granice wyznaczają zasady związane z rozdziałem właścicielskim.
