Abstract
This article presents three decisions issued by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in December 2016 concerning the telecommunication services market. All of the proceedings described in this paper affect collective consumer interests and consumer rights.
Abstrakt
Sektor telekomunikacyjny jest częstym przedmiotem monitoringu i analiz UOKiK z racji częstotliwości naruszeń występujących na rynku tych usług. Wydane pod koniec 2016 r. decyzje poświęcone temu sektorowi dotyczą szeregu niedozwolonych praktyk, sposobów ich skutecznego eliminowania z rynku przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu korzyści dla konsumentów w przypadku stwierdzenia naruszeń przepisów uokik.
